Your tank is looking great but now you need to get one or all of the fish out. The PLANTGUILD FISHTRAPP allows you to manage the fauna without destroying the aquascape that you've worked so long to create. This innovative design allow the aquarium gardener to catch all the fish in less time than it would take to catch one and without destroying the aquascape. The unique triangular shape allows the trap to sit in place on the bottom; be wedged in the foliage, driftwood, or rocks; or be suspended in mid tank The invertible net funnel provides for quick capture and easy transfer. Put a few frozen brine shrimp in and see what happens!!!! $29.95 ADD TO CART

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: If necessary, use scissors to enlarge the hole of your FishTrapp entry net to allow the fish you want to catch to enter. The trap entry comes sized for most small to medium sized fish.
- Set up a container outside the tank or a breeding trap within the tank to receive fish as they're caught. Because the FishTrapp catches fish indiscriminately, you'll need to place any fish caught (other than the one you want) into the container or trap until you catch the one you want. Do not release the unwanted fish back into the tank as you'll catch them over and over again. The fewer fish swimming free in the tank the faster you'll catch the one you want. Let all the fish in the tank get extra hungry by skipping at least one feeding.
- Bait the trap with frozen brine shrimp then place it place in the tank. If the fish you want typically stays at a particular location or depth in the tank place the trap at that position. You can wedge the trap into driftwood, plants or suspend it from its ears.
- You'll find that you will catch the more aggressive fish first and the more cautious fish later. Just be patient and you'll get most of them.
If your trap ever needs to be "re-netted", just send it back to PlantGuild with $10 plus $4.05 Shipping and Handling. We'll re-net it and ship it back to you.
